I am getting errors when I upload in MediaPro for desktop. What can I try?

  •  Look underneath the option Accelerated Uploads and make sure that the Optimised Speed box is un-ticked and try uploading again.
  • Make sure that your firewall is turned off, or make sure that it accepts the software.
  • Ensure that the file is being uploaded directly from your desktop into MediaPro. Uploading from an external hard drive or USB can introduce errors.
  • Check that there are no spaces before the file name.
