How do I check if my file has been approved by you?

To make sure that we have the file after uploading the material, you will see on the upload page in the MediaPro desktop application that the file will turn from preparing to queued to processing, and finally to ready.  

To make sure that the file has been approved by our client service team, you can log onto the website and then click on the Search Ads tab.

Type your key number into the key number search field and click search.

If you can see a thumbnail of your commercial then it is approved, if you don’t and you can only see a D, that means we have yet to approve the commercial.
