Manage Jobs Page Explained

In the Jobs sub-page, you can quickly search the status of Pending and Processed jobs, by Created, Modified or Insert Date.

Select Advanced Search for further search criteria. You will be able to search via Campaign, Client, Filename, Key Number, Ticket ID, Publication, etc.

By clicking on the Filename you can edit any details in your job ticket, such as the Insert Date, Size, Section, etc.

The Status of your job indicates how far into the delivery process it is. If your job has failed preflight, you can click on the File Report link and download a report on your file including the reasons it didn’t pass validation.

Successful deliveries will be marked with the status Sent. When the publisher downloads the file, the status changes to Received. If they find no further issues with the file, the status will change to Accepted. On the other hand, if further work is needed on the artwork, the file will be marked as Rejected, and you will be notified of the need for corrections.
