If you need to supply your file again to a publication, it is important to make the file receiver aware of the new file. There are some steps we recommend to follow to ensure the publication can easily distinguish between your original upload, and your resupplied file.
- In the Job Ticket (after clicking Create Job), find for the Replacement check box, labelled Yes, this is a replacement file. Make sure this is ticked.
- Add ‘subcopy’ to the end of your filename.
- Add ‘subcopy’ to the Comments field in the job ticket.
