The Accounts page contains all of the invoices associated with your account. They are listed in descending order from the most current invoice. Each line contains all relevant information regarding this billing. i.e. Period, Date Issued, Date Paid.
Simply click on the relevant Invoice Number to download a PDF or Excel spreadsheet containing more detailed information for your records.
If you are a Premium Client who pays monthly, you can keep track of when an invoice is due from this screen. Any invoice that is overdue will be marked in red in the Payment Due column.
All invoices are calculated by a Monthly Period. If you want to check the cost of your current invoice for the current month select the Estimated Cost for Current Month button and you will download an Excel spreadsheet containing the current month’s expenditure.
The total Outstanding balance from your account will be displayed in red, taking all invoices into consideration. This sum is reached by totalling the figures in the Debt column.
