How do I cancel or amend the ticket which I’ve already sent, as there were some changes to the ad?

Take the following steps to minimize any risk of confusion:

1)      Contact the publication/s and advise them that new material is coming. This              will give them a chance to delete the old versions or flag them to be replaced.

2)      In Adsend, create new Job Tickets for the revised material.

3)      Look for the tick box in the options for the Job Ticket that alerts the                        publication to the material as being replacement, and be sure to tick the box.

4)      Continue with sending the ticket as per normal
