The MediaPro App is perfect for booking previously delivered spots to additional destinations when you are on the go.
Click on the App and enter your MediaPro Log In details.
You will be directed to the home page.
Search your library of uploaded content.
Click on your spot
Check your spot info
Check your job details
View your selected destinations
View and book spots in your spot cart
From here you can also :
Click Start Booking on your spot cart screen and enter a Purchase Order or Reference number. You are not required to enter both.
A Purchase Order is a number that has been assigned to this booking by your accounts department; a Reference number is a number that is significant to you so that you can refer back to the booking at a later date. If you don’t have one, we would recommend putting the key number into either the PO or reference order field.
Click on Start Booking, and this will take you to the page where you can Confirm Spots to Deliver.
Confirm Destinations. If there are no destinations showing, Click the Available icon and select your desired destinations.
Select the Delivery Priority and the Notifications for the spots in this booking, and click Confirm.
You will then be presented with a Quotation for the job.
Click View PDF to review your order.
Enter your Payment Details.
If you are an Account Client, enter your MediaPro Password and Authorise the Charges.
Your Booking is now Complete, and you will receive a job number for your reference.
You will then be given the option to Clear your spot cart. If you need to make another booking, Click No. Remember, you can add spots to your cart again at any time.
N.B. These options can also be accessed via Search Library.
New TV Booking is only active when you have a spot available for booking in your TV Spot Cart. Follow the same booking process as outlined above.
Go to Search Library and select a spot.
Check your Clapper, Head Frame and Tail Frame.
Play your spot back on your iPhone, or send it to Apple TV via AirPlay.
