Type in the login details that where provided to you through the welcome email, and click Login.
You will see the Welcome Ambassador appear. Click the Next button in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
You will then be required to set your Accelerated Upload preferences.
You can click Optimise my Uploads to test how fast your internet connection speed is or skip this option and click Don’t use Accelerated Uploads for now. Press Next to continue.
The Workflow page gives you the option to book your spots through the desktop application by either sending it via the TV Workflows or via the Approvals Workflows.
Click on the Approvals Workflows to send to CAD or CAB to receive classification for your TVC.
If you do not require CAD or CAB approval, then select TV Workflows.
If you aren’t sure, just leave the default selection of TV Workflows and click Next.
The following page allows you to select either the HD or SD workflow, depending on what the material is and which stations accept HD material.
The final page confirms that you have now come to the end of the setup stage. Click Done and you will see the below screen:
You should have two files (Clapper and Video) ready to be dragged and dropped onto the MediaPro upload page.
Remember to name them as the key number exactly.
As you Drag and Drop your files onto MediaPro it will automatically switch to the Upload function.
As soon as you drop your files onto Upload, MediaPro immediately begins to transfer your assets to us as per the below screenshot:
If the boarder is orange and says either Inspecting Asset, Processing or Preparing then it is at the final staging of uploading. If it’s blue and says Ready then the material has been uploaded to us.
